I love your videos and look forward to seeing them when they are published. I appreciate that your videos aren’t too long and I enjoy the ones on organization and self-help the most. I also enjoy seeing your sweet boys at the end of the videos. Thank you for such a positive, helpful and enjoyable blog.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a sweet comment! Have a wonderful week. 🙂
Oh Kathrine I absolutely loved this video. Your so calm voice really set the platform for calm. And the boys were the perfect ending! Such happy faces! Love it all! Great inspiration you have going here!

What a wonderful video. Thank you for these ideas.
P.S. your kids are super cute!!!
Thank you! I’m glad you found the video helpful. 🙂
Good morning Kathryn…I loved this video, so calming. I’d love to try Yogaia but I have soooo much cleaning, decluttering and organizing to do to make a space to do my workouts. I was planning on making a home gym in part of my garage but…that’s another whole story. I’m a pack rat…a big one. 🙁 I would love to try your crockpot breakfast but what are the amounts you used for your egg, milk and garlic powder mixture? Thank you and God bless…
Best of luck in finding a space for your workouts. Just remember you don’t need to achieve perfection. Sometimes we get discouraged by a job that seems overwhelming. It can help to set an achievable goal to get one space in order before tackling all of the other spaces. Once you’ve made a place where you can start healthy habits, you’ll likely have more energy and drive to take on the next project. ❤️ As for the amounts for the crockpot breakfast, all of that information can be found linked in the blog post. Have a great week and thanks for leaving a comment!
Hi Kathryn,
Great video, can you tell me the name of the yoga you use or recommend.
Thank you,
Valerie
I’m sorry, I meant to write yoga mat. What’s the mat you use?
Hi Kathryn! I recently stumbled on your videos on Youtube and have become obsessed. I recently fell and tore ligaments in my foot that required surgery and am laid up until at September. I’ve been binge-ing your videos, getting ideas for all the projects I want to tackle once I’m mobile again. I also really appreciate you being an advocate for self-care and good mental health. It’s nice to hear how others take care of themselves and know that we’re not the only ones who struggle with anxiety and depression from time to time.
I have two questions for you. First, what notebook/planner do you use in this video? I’m intrigued by how organized it seems and would love to find something similar for once my activity gets back to normal. Second, do you have any lunch suggestions? I always resolve to eat healthier and spend less money eating out, but it’s usually the first resolution I break. I’d love to know what you do for your lunches, I know it will be quick, healthy and affordable.
Thank you for being you!
