Today’s video is a special one. Two years ago today I lost my brother to mental illness and suicide. The pieces are easier to carry now than they were 24 months ago, and moving forward I will continue to be a voice for mental health and suicide prevention and awareness. This platform is a gift. A gentle nudge from God reminds me that he will use my story, Adam’s story, because your light is worth shining. Hold on. It gets better.
If you or someone you know is struggling with suicide or suicidal thoughts, there is hope and there is help.
